The "four comprehensive" strategic layouts highly emphasized the importance of people’s democracy, and they have a direct relationship with the realization of people’s democracy.

Among the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it includes continuously expanding the people’s democracy; the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposes a more extensive reform, more extensive, more fully, and more sound, people’s democracy is still a question There is a righteousness; the comprehensive advancement of the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Plenary is to governing the country according to law. One of them is to adhere to the people’s subjective status; the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee is strictly governing the party, and it has further reiterated the party from the people. It is necessary to serve the people wholeheartedly. The whole process democracy is the result of continuous deepening of China’s reform. The comprehensive leadership of the party provides a leading basis for the democratic construction of the whole process. Taking the development of villagers as an example, we found that the healthy development of villagers’ autonomy needs to comprehensively strengthen the party’s leadership, and the party’s comprehensive leaders also provide a foundation for the healthy development of villagers.

The democracy in the party has the trend of internal and external, and the villagers’ autonomy has a downward trend, and the two models have consistency in nature. To achieve the organic combination between the party’s democracy and the village autonomy, the relationship between the two must be dealt with, and the harmonious development of the two must be dealt.

The success of the Chinese political system reform is not only the process of continuous development, growth, but also there is a process of achieving docking, enhancement, and forming a whole process of democracy. The "Adhere to the Leaders of the Party" "The people of the people" and "governing the country according to law" have been organically unified to determine the basic structural structure of China’s whole process.

This internal structure is combined with the development, fairness and efficiency of the political system, fairness and efficiency, development and stability of the economic and social development, constitutes the composite logic of the Chinese political system reforms the external structure of the Chinese political system.
